BecTech Promotes Bryan Still to President

On February 1, Dr. Bryan Still assumed the position of President from Steve Rosser who led BecTech since February 2016. Bryan has over thirty-years of experience in defense and national security, including 23-years as a Submarine Warfare Officer in the US Navy. He joined BecTech in 2017 and initially supported the Australian Future Submarine Program as the Submarine Yard Project Director before taking over as BecTech’s President in 2021. Bryan brings a strong record of success in program management, project delivery, engineering, and operations management. He has broad technical experience in undersea systems, shipbuilding and repair, test and evaluation, facilities and infrastructure, and model-based engineering. He earned his Ph. D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 2018 and holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering, Engineering Management, and National Security Studies. Steve Rosser remains with BecTech as a Senior Advisor.
